Job Description:
The ideal candidate will be equally strong in their MANAGEMENT and their ACCOUNTING skills. An accounting degree and proficiency on various accounting software packages are a must, the CPA credential would be nice. In this position, you will direct the billing, collections, customer service, etc. personnel and personally prepare company financial information for the use of the management team and outsiders, including the company’s bank.
A proven record of company improvement, strong leadership of a subordinate team, meeting or exceeding deadlines and active contribution to a management team will be important prerequisites to success. The company also prefers to interview candidates already living in the Savannah/Low Country communities.
