Job Description: We are currently seeking a qualified Chief Maintenance Engineer for the Homewood Suites by Hilton Hotel in Midtown Savannah. This position will oversee all maintenance concerns, staff, and facilities. This position will be responsible for the overall upkeep of the hotel by ensuring proper preventive maintenance programs on suites and equipment. Also included but not limited to is pool care, plumbing, carpentry, vinyl repair, electrical, heating and cooling, grounds, etc. Required to participate in the on property Manager-on-Duty program, and staff meetings. Guest satisfaction will be your number one priority and 15 minute response time to guest concerns is required.


Job Requirements: Candidate will have previous facilities maintenance experience...Apartment complex or hotel. Any trade certifications would be helpful. Experience with plumbing, electric, hvac, carpentry, grounds and landscaping, etc. Must be a team player.
