In the Clinicial Supervisor role, you will have the opportunity to:
Oversee all clinical activities of the Residential Substance Abuse Treatment (RSAT) Program.
Assist the Program Director in the direct management of all aspects of the RSAT Program at the assigned site and acts as the Director in Program Director’s absence.
Work closely with the Georgia Department of Corrections (GDC) personnel, other institutional vendors, and off-site Spectrum staff to ensure delivery of services.

Requirements
State License as Professional Counselor, Social Worker or Marriage & Family Therapist and/or National Certified Addictions Counselor or Masters Addictions Counselor certification.
Master’s Degree or equivalent experience in Criminal Justice, Human Services, Education, Counseling or closely related field.
Minimum of one year of supervisory experience.
Corrections experience preferred.


In this role of RSAT Counselor, you will have the opportunity to:

Provide counseling services to offenders in the Residential Substance Abuse Treatment Program.
Work in conjunction with Georgia Department of Corrections staff to coordinate all program services and provide information for case management/records management.

Requirements
BA required
Previous substance abuse counseling or corrections experience preferred
Certified Counselors (CAC or CADAC) preferred or must be certified within 2 years of date of hire.
