Job Description: As a growing company, we are searching for a part-time Bookkeeper/Financial Manager who can work independently as well as part of a small team in our fast-paced administrative department. Currently the position is approximately a twenty hour per MONTH Subcontractor’s position without benefits. Flexibility of hours and ability to grow are advantages to right candidate. Major Responsibilities: • Creating financial budgets and working with the owners • Performing monthly financial reviews with owners • Reconciling bank accounts and loan statements • Entry of accounts receivable and accounts payable • Management and monitoring of cash flow • Preparation and processing of payroll including monthly, quarterly, and annual tax reports in accordance with company policies and government laws • Assisting in the development of annual budgets. Maintain budgets and prepare periodic reports for owners • Answering phones and administrative office duties as necessary Candidate Requirements: • Solid knowledge of QuickBooks, Microsoft Accounting and Excel • Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills • Must be a team player with strong interpersonal skills • Strong attention to detail and high standards of quality • Ability and willingness to be flexible under changing conditions as companies grow
