Job Description: Savannah is seeking a part time administrative assistant for a temporary assignment in Hilton Head, SC. Hours are M,W,F 11a - 2p Performs routine administrative tasks for a manager and/or department. Services performed may include: scheduling appointments, making travel arrangements and distributing mail; producing routine documents and reports using word processing and spreadsheet software; performing routine data entry operation; answering/directing phone calls and taking messages as needed.
