Job Description: Description of Position: This is a part-time educator/sales executive/administrator position that includes an exceptional base salary or hourly wage rate and bonuses. Additionally, the individual filling this position is expected to service the accounts within a specified region and assist in the establishment of an infra structure required to conduct business. This SES Administrator has the responsibility of opening up markets, servicing markets, expanding markets throughout one or multiple school districts (regions), and conducting all facilitation required to ensure that sites are developed, tutors are trained in the processes specified by the respective programs, materials for tutors and students are ordered, billing is overseen, technical assistance is provided for tutors, students, parents, school representatives, and title one directors and coordinators.

Required Qualifications: Candidate must have some experience working with schools/districts. Preference given to experienced administrator or teacher.

Minimum Education: Bachelor of Science/Arts, Education or related field; Master’s Degree, preferred.

Desirable Characteristics and Training: Ideal candidate is self-directed, organized, responsive, and solution oriented. Candidate should have certification as a teacher, school counselor, or provide evidence of teaching experience or experience in training and development in related settings. He or she should be free to travel within region, should be personable, charismatic, and knowledgeable about No Child Left Behind legislation.
Compensation: Compensation package (hourly rate of approx. $20-50/hr OR salary based on position and region) is spread over the course of 6-9 months to be determined by C&R.

Commission: Bonuses based on meeting targets within specified district.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Expanding SES/NCLB program in identified markets
- Identifying strategic partners and coordinating efforts
- Making connections with markets and promoting our services (student recruitment)
- Hiring staff (tutors, site coordinators) for sites we will manage
- Training staff for all sites
- Ordering supplies and materials
- Attending SES recruiting events and meetings
- Managing the tutoring sites
- Overseeing the flow of paper work required
- Other duties related as assigned
