Job Description: Our company is in need of One Regional Sales Manager for the Savannah area. The regional Manager will be responsible for Hiring, recruiting, training, etc. The person selected must be able to handle a large team of field sales representatives that will be traveling throughout the region conducting business to business marketing and sales. An experienced Manager with regional experience is prefered. The right person for this position must be able to effectively communicate with the home office (located in FL) as well as their staff in the field while maintaining your regional sales quotas. This is a commission based position and your reps will be the same. Our company has a very lucrative pay structure for both personal sales as well as an override from your reps in your protected territory.
